She was fierce, she was young, and she was the most competitive queen of her cast. Tyra Sanchez was crowned as the Winner and Pandora Olivia Boxx as Miss Congeniality on April 26, 2010.

The Teen Diva Awards, where the queens must dress like teen idols. The Diva DC Press Awards, where the queens must pull out executive realness looks, The Diva Hollywood Extravaganza Awards, where the queens are expected to wear their most glamorous.

The remaining queens are paired with older gay gentlemen who they must transform into their mothers complete with cohesive looks and a sickening performance.

In the main challenge the queens write and start on the cover of their own book. On the runway, the queens show off their book release press part realness.

The queens compete in a rock n roll challenge on the main stage. An emotional lip-sync leaves one queen on the floor.
