The fourth season of The Boulet Brothers' Dragula was officially announced on September 29, 2020 simultaneously with Resurrection; Season 3 contestant Saint won Resurrection, the $20,000 prize, and the opportunity to compete on this season. Though he didn't win, Season 2's Dahli also returned after competing on Resurrection. On April 7, 2021, it was announced that casting for Season 4 has begun and ends May 6, 2021. It was also announced that this season would air on the streaming platform Shudder and would feature a grand prize of $100,000, courtesy of The Boulet Brothers themselves. Dahli was crowned as the Winner on December 21, 2021.
